Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! To keep our business sustainable and offer a wide variety of unique designs, we operate on a made-to-order model. Please review our shipping timelines below before placing your order.
1. How long does fulfillment take?
Because your items are printed fresh when you order them, production takes 3 to 5 business days(excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Note: If you place an order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, production will begin on the following Monday.
2. How long does shipping take?
Once production is complete, your order is handed off to our shipping carriers (like USPS or UPS).
  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 6 business days.
  • Express Shipping (if available): 1 to 3 business days.
Total estimated time from clicking "Buy" to arrival at your door is typically 6 to 11 business days.
3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, our system will automatically send you a confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status once it is scanned.
4. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, or if the tracking status stops updating for more than 7 business days, please contact our support team at southernpunchco@gmail.com with your order number.
